Seattle Sound Dental - Downtown

My issue with Seattle Sound Dental is not about their dental services but their financial practices. I gave my consent for a treatment based on an explicit out-of-pocket quote provided by their office, and promptly settled the quoted amount. Yet, after my treatment was completed, unexpectedly, I was later confronted with a significant extra charge, which is a direct consequence of the clinic's oversight in estimating my insurance benefits. This incident is a bait-and-switch tactic, raising serious concerns. Therefore, I suggest prospective patients to independently verify all financial estimates to prevent unforeseen stress. Unfortunately, in my case, the financial transparency and communication at Seattle Sound Dental were disappointing to say the least.

Been going to Dr. T for a couple years and it’s always a nice, easy visit. He and his office are all super friendly, convenient location, takes the time with each patient, and never sells unnecessary procedures. Definitely recommend.
