I was really anxious about getting orthodontic treatment again, but let me tell you-the staff at Dr. Arango’s (and of course Dr. Arango!!) are AMAZING. They truly do make you feel like family. Special shout-out to Tanya…she is the kindest, most helpful, and considerate person!!! She has helped me so much and has been a true blessing to me. This calmed all of my anxiety. Seriously, go here if you need anything done!!!
My daughters have had the good fortune of having Dr. Arango as their orthodontist. My eldest daughter, age 22 began treatment with Dr. Arango at the age of 11 and my youngest daughter, age 13 began treatment at the age of 11 as well. Dr. Arango, Tanya, Christine and Anette are the most caring and informative staff I have experienced. Having been in healthcare for the past 30 years, Arango Orthodontics excels in patient care. We trust Dr. Arango and his staff with their work and their advice completely. They are an outstanding and thriving practice.
I couldn't believe how rude the technician was. She called me a child, judge my son's shoes openly, and had to comment on my daughter's dress. Than when I asked the Dr to not put the technician to help us in the future. He responded I don't have enough staff. So rude and disrespectful. Now I have to figure out how to cancel my service from this place since I'm on Medicaid. They should really be ashamed of themselves talking down to people.
