Arlington Dental Associates - Poughkeepsie

i ran late for an appointment so i called to tell them and they proceed to tell me to still come so i continue driving the hour to the dental office to get there and be told im late and they deleted me which yes im aware its why i called and she's like yeah a couple minutes is different then your about 30 mins yeah to bad i said on the phone 20 to 30 mins late and you told me no problem still come ."at least be seen since it's a dental emergency" but when i get there who cares i guess lol like i can't .... only nice person there is a brown haired women in scrubs who actually apologized will never be returning no thanks i am a Nurse, I understand what it's like to want to get out on time and to have a schedule but bad customer service all around just wasting my gas which is again why i called to acknowledge i was late ... And if you don't like your job, find another one because the lady at Reception whole demeanor just not nice.

My appointment was on 1/19/24. It was for my six month cleaning. I’m a very busy man and so my time is extremely valued for me. At my appointment I was told I could not get DRK. I was able to convince the hygienist that I at least needed it on my lower front teeth. They told me it’s extremely expensive but eventually did put it on only my lower teeth. I have always needed it. Additionally, the Dr was too busy to see me. I made time for a cleaning and a quick check by the dentist. I did not see the dentist. It appeared to me the visit was more about keeping my visit profitable and not my complete dental experience. My family has had similar experiences. I have to be honest, I’m not happy and considering to find another dental group based on my families experience. It’s not the same level of care we have had with the prior owner. And I’m not sure who owns it now.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable and reassuring environment. My tooth was extracted and I felt no pain. I liked the dentist, everyone and everything.
