Northeast Implant & Oral Surgery

I had a tooth pulled here in December 2022. Everything went fine with the extraction itself. I was quoted about $100 (after insurance) for the tooth extraction, which I paid at the appointment. I received a large bill in the mail months later and I called to find out if there was some mistake. Sure enough, their billing department found that an error was made and I did not owe them anything, in fact, they owed me a $40 credit. They said they would send me the $40 credit in the mail in the next few weeks. A check never came and I have called many times since then (it’s now been 1 year, 4 months since my appointment). I am always told that the checks are going out soon and that it might take a few weeks. And every time no check arrives. I’m at a point where it’s not worth my frustration to keep calling and being given a line that they clearly don’t intend to follow through on. I’d be happy to change my review if I received the check in the mail. But I won’t be returning here or recommend

Can’t say enough great things about this office recently my father and my mother needed assistance with her teeth. Not only did you get Us in quickly, the Entire staff were so respectful and kind to my elderly parents. Dr. Valenti made sure my mother was extremely comfortable since she has anxieties with the dentist. The assistant Brooke is absolutely wonderful and super patient kind Lastly, the office staff, Lauren, and Heather, and the rest of the girls are very helpful. Thank you for everything Guys.

AMAZING STAFF, I recently had an appointment with them, while I was super stressed they made me feel so comfortable. I had Dr. Valenti, he was so nice and patient with me and my mom, answered any questions and even called himself not an automated phone call; an hour or two after the appointment to check in. Techs were also all very sweet and friendly and kind ♥️ super easy and stress free! 100000% would recommend & use again HUGE THANK YOU ????????
