The receptionist left a lot to be desired as far as professionalism is concerned. My daughter and I had appointments her to have a root canal and myself a filling. They didn’t crown my daughters tooth and now four months later she’s at another dentist because she was experiencing pain in a tooth, (that’s not suppose to have any feeling in it due to first step in a root canal) because it’s fractured. Also, when the “dentist” filled my tooth she continuously attempted to end the appointment with the tooth feeling corse and unfinished. After her third attempt at finishing the tooth she told me she would finish the polishing of my tooth on my next visit for a different tooth, as if she were in a rush to get to the next patient. Hence, my tooth still has an unfinished grit to it because there’s no way I’m going back. My recommendation is to not trust your mouth to them.

I have been going to Family Dental of the Hudson Valley Davis ave for a few Years now the staff is very Professional from the office staff to the Dentists. Andrea is my Hygienist and Dr.G is my Dentist they are very Good at what they do. I have recommended dozens of People / Family as well as coworkers and I have never had any of them complain about anything. I highly recommend for Dental Services.

I went to family smiles today and I have to tell you I never had such a great experience in a dentist office. my wisdom tooth was killing m and I had such bad headache. Dr Omar Nijem assistant Rama was so friendly and helpful. she spoke to me so sweet that she took some of the pressure of being dental office. when Dr Nijem came in he also was friendly and he keeping telling me he was going to make it as painless as possible don't worry, I will make sure you have good experiences. It was true he kept his words I didn't even know when he took the tooth out, that's how painless it was. it was so painless and quick. I love it I am already feeling better and when I took tooth out before it usually take me days for me to recover. thank you family smiles the whole experience was wonderful even the person who took the appointment was wonderful. thank you again Family Smiles I am going to tell everyone I know.
