Aspen Dental

If I could give this place a ZERO, I would! My daughter had a root canal procedure done in this office over a month ago. The permanent cap as fell of twice and the last time it fell off was 4/18/23. The short version of this story is that they still hadn't made a appt to fix the tooth because the doctor that performed the procedure DOES NOT WORK AT THAT LOCATION. The Dentist works out of the Camden office which is over an hour drive.

My husband made an appointment a month ago. Received a text the morning of the appointment saying see you at your appointment time. We get there & the receptionist says the system is down and no patients can be seen. We drove an hr & a half from another town, took off work and burned outr gas to make the appointment. This is not the first time Aspen has canceled my husband's appointment. The location in our area kept canceling which is why we scheduled with another location in another town. We understand that the system was down but the nonchalant attitude towards our inconvenience is what really upset me. The manager came to speak with us and was just terribly condescending. Talking to her wasn't even worth our time. Aspen Dental is the absolute worst. Encouraged my husband to use the dental office that I go to.

Started off as a good experience first. However, It ended up horrible a few month after work was completed. When I complained to Dr Plumber & office manager Michelle. They turnt a deaf ear to my complaint & wanted more money to fix their mistake & defective product. I then Contacted BBB's & they still refused to fix the defected dental worked. Final result? Insurance footed the bill of $3000/ my out pocket was $1500. Not only was the product defective..procedure & work were dramatically over charged. I do not recommend the Garner Ferry location. Buyer please be vigilant.
