My son is absolutely petrified from his experience here. My son was already nervous and scared. During the procedure he started freaking out and instead of trying to calm him appropriately Two of the women who were assisting told him to shut up while he was calling for me. I initially took him to get a broken tooth fixed in 2023, this is what this visit was for and they did not even fix the tooth i brought him in for in the first place. The lady who had told him to shut up had come out to discuss the teeth being fixed, i asked about the tooth that was broken because in the photos shown to me of which they were fixing did not seem to be the one we went for (the broken tooth). She gave me no information based on that tooth and it being fixed. After the whole visit was over he came out pouring sweat, freaking out and looked me in my eyes with fear after the lady had walked away and told me how she and another lady told him to shutup! I asked them after looking in his mouth why the tooth

The staff was absolutely amazing. Everyone had a positive attitude and made us feel welcome. I would like to highlight Brittney, I loved her personality (Patterson rd/Garners Ferry).

Great customer service, they are a very happy dental family. Very nice and quick. And they give detailed information and answers all of your questions. I love this place. My daughters come here. And they love it as well. Toddler friendly!!!
