Aspen Dental

I was having trouble with my dentures from a dentist I used to go to. I went online and made an appointment, and they got me in almost immediately. The service that I received was well beyond expectation. The dentist explained what they offered and what they could do for me, and I decided to go with the treatment plan that was offered me. The next week I went in for impressions and 6 days later I had a new set of dentures that made me cry they were so beautiful.

They are very unprofessional. Their computer system is always down, today I had an appointment after being rescheduled by them 2 times prior to today and I couldn't be seen because their computer system is down! They first rescheduled because the hygienist went on vacation, ok understandable. The second time one month later they call to reschedule because they overbooked people for the same time, okay please don't let it happen again. I wait another month come in and they can't see me because their computers are down... seriously. Sounds like they don't like business, and want to go home early! I don't recommend this site at all.

I can't say enough good things about the staff that work on my teeth at the Aspen Dental in Hamden. There was this young lady that goes by the name "Tom" ,she was so patient, so kind and so professional. The dentist , Dr. Banerjee was wonderful too. Both so kind and caring. Also Amanda the office manager , was great and helpful! Had to go to the Norwalk office to pull teeth, and they were amazing too!! Nothing but good things to say about both offices.
