Dr. Dental: Dentistry & Braces

Who doesn’t love a dentist office that is open on Saturdays and open late on the weekends. They are clean, friendly and super accommodating. My dental assistant Latisha P. was super understanding when it came to my discomfort with get X-rays of my teeth due to having a small mouth with small teeth. Dr. Tan did a great job explaining how to change my routine and how to take care of my sensitive teeth. Great staff all around.

My boyfriend and I came to his first visit today (02/09/22) at 8:00AM as a new patient. The receptionist was extremely rude and talk down on us like we were children just because we were confused as to what she was saying in regards to our insurance. Needless to say, we ended up walking out and will never be back again. Poor customer service and friendliness. UPDATE: The manager, Jason, never called me (as stated below by the "owner"). My opinions and the facts still remain. Never visit this company ever again !

This location isn't even here anymore. It's a dry cleaner now. You know who didn't know this place was closed? My 92 year old patient who got dentures here, zero further adjustment appointments. He showed up and found "dri cleaners." He can't eat because his dentures cause him pain. How many other patients have been ghosted by you guys? You'd think there would have been some notification sent to patients to let them know of the closure, that would be the courteous thing to do. And to have a phone number and review page saying you're still open is very deceiving.
