Aspen Dental - Madison, WI

I've been using Aspen Dental on Madison's East Side for my dental needs for about three years. They've always been friendly, efficient, answer my questions and, if needed, explain my options. They try to make me as comfortable as possible, and I have never experienced any pain during cleanings or treatment.

I needed a tooth extraction. I had an appointment elsewhere. I unfortunately ran 6 minutes late & they wouldn't see me (even though I had to pay 150$ previously) I called a bunch of offices hoping for a same day appt Aspen got me in within the time it took me to drive there (1 hr). They were professional & quick. Reasonably priced. Dental assistant Jovanna was awesome as well as the receptionist. I highly recommend them!

So unbelievably happy I found you! Everyone there today was great! I was in such despair over the prices I had been given from other places! See you next Friday! Unfortunately I need to change my review! I had all of my teeth extracted on Friday. I was already dealing with an infection, but they did not prescribe an antibiotic. The infection remains, and it is excruciating to put/keep the dentures in. I called the answering service yesterday to ask them to call me regarding calling in an antibiotic. I received a return call from the answering service telling me to go to urgent care. Having even more excruciating pain today. I called urgent care this morning, and they asked that I reach out to Aspen dental who extracted the teeth for guidance, as they are extremely busy. I again called Aspen Dental’s answering service in tears (I’m an 57 yr old woman who doesn’t cry easily), and they’ve not bothered to call me.
