Dr Chad was great. Wonderful service. He did a great job of fixing some poor results for a couple other dentists in town

*UPDATE* Shortly after posting this review, Dr. Kokler called me personally and was able to schedule me in advance to get my cavity filled. While I still feel the "day-of" list is non-sense for two cancelled appointments for legitimate reasons, Dr. Kokler continues to show what a phenomenal dentist looks like. He is responsive and thorough. I highly recommend him. ____ In the past, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kokler. However, with my last check-up, I needed a filling. I scheduled it- then had to cancel due to my child being ill. I rescheduled for the following week- then had to cancel that day due to my catching that illness. Now I am on a "day-of" list for this filling, meaning I cannot pre-schedule it. I need to call every day to see if they have an openings. I have been trying for several weeks and every day I call, there are no openings. I will be switching dental providers as a result. In summary, Dr. Kokler is amazing, but the policies of the practice are poor.

I had a loose tooth that was quite painful. I didn't have a regular dentist since the one I was going to was a casualty of covid. I did a Google search for emergency dentists and this place was in the top five. I cold called them and they were able to get me in within two hours of my call. After I filled out a lot of paperwork I was taken to a room where, without judgement or comments, they quickly took care of the tooth. Bravo! I'm going back to have some more work done and will happily recommend to others! Thank you Dental Health Associates!
