Great dentures! They ran a little higher than other facilities but have been well worth it. I got the comfylite dentures, which are also well worth the money. I can actually chew some brands of gum (Trident and dentyne so far) because they don't stick. The fit of both upper and lower dentures has been amazingly accurate, from the beginning. The staff is extremely professional and courteous. The great technician who did the one adjustment I've needed in 3 years, was absolutely fantastic. She, as well as the other staff I've interacted with, seem to understand the sensitive nature of these issues. They have all made me feel at ease during every visit. My dentures have a seven year warranty and the price includes a second set (which they give you a year after the first set, giving your gums the right amount of time to adjust. I highly recommend this facility. It is well worth any extra costs over other facilities in the industry.

I have had 2 office visits here and both were outstanding. I became a patient here after I visited another local dental chain to have my dentures repaired. They wanted $500 to make the repair, and had to send them out. I was told that i would have to go a couple of days without my dentures. I was leery, and made a decision to look elsewhere after the other office sent me a mktg text saying that they "reviewed my records and that they showed that I was a candidate for braces or invisalign" in spite of me not having any teeth. ???? I came to Aspen Dental and they made the repair on-site in less than an hour and it only cost me a $25 co-pay. The staff was professional and courteous. Glad that I found them!

They will treat you amazingly until they get your money. I thought they were great at my first appointment, now, they don't answer the phone at all. Not only that but every single filling they did fell out. They started falling out the week I got them. Did aspen care? Who knows because they don't answer their phone for current patients. I would go literally anywhere else but here.
