Great Staff here. Dr Lakshmi created the care plan. Dr Sai did the extraction. Gabrielle assisted and all were very focused on providing a comfortable environment!

I posted my first review before I actually had my procedure on 1/31/23. The office staff was polite but what happened next still shocks me. I was scheduled to have 4 wisdom teeth pulled. When I went to the back. I was asked if I smoked or drink ????? I replied no. The surgeon asked if I was ok? I told the surgeon that I was nervous for my first time but I was very calm. He told me my wisdom teeth are very deep and I would be in lot of pain. I might even need stitches. The surgeon puts the needle in my forearm arm. Then taps my forearm and asked do you feel anything? I told him I don’t feel anything yet because I felt his tap. He was very impatient and said it only takes 5secs. The side of my mouth is already propped open with his assistant on my left side. Instead of him checking my gums and making sure they numb. He takes his Utensil and starts vigorously pulling at my top left wisdom tooth. I felt everything, a jolt of pain shot through my body. The lady's at the desk was so helpful and friendly, but the lady who did my x-rays was to the point and not as welcoming. The doctor was very helpful and very informative. As a veteran it is very hard for me to feel good about things when you run into people who are not friendly. But I do understand that every day isn't a good day for all.
