Aspen Dental - Rochester, NY - Henrietta

DO NOT COME TO ASPEN DENTAL I have gone to two aspen dental locations: one in St. Louis, MO and this one. Aspen dental is not somewhere I will ever be coming back to. When I went to the Missouri branch, at my initial appointment I came in for X-rays and they did a cleaning immediately right after. When I came for my appointment here in Henrietta, I didn’t realize it was just a “consult” appointment where I wouldn’t actually be getting a cleaning and that would have to be scheduled months later in the future. Other dental offices don’t do this. I have been to many different ones as I travel for work and you come in and get a cleaning and get consulted after for additional services which only makes sense rather than showing up and me having a dentist look in my mouth for 30 seconds just to tell me i just need a cleaning. Like yes thank you that’s what I tried to come in for. I got billed for my services at my consult before they happened. I am honestly convinced that aspen does this so t

I have dental anxiety from bad past experiences but everyone at the Henrietta location was so friendly , I felt comfortable during my appointment . I recommend checking them out!

Extremely friendly staff! The visit went by quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended friends to come to this aspen dental based on my experience.
