Odd relationship between Trainer & other person. Extremely unpleasant environment situation. T h e new staff kept banging the scanner tool around in my mouth. Lots of excuses made by new staff. Training staff had excellent skills. That skilled person should had done it all. If you are a teaching/ training facility you should have asked my permission. Prior to this experience always had good visits.
Alexa was patient and compassionate. She took time to explain everything she was doing. I learned from her why my teeth are wearing down. I grind them. She recommended a mouth guard. I feel like I have resolution. Thank you
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to take care of my dental concerns professionally and in a timely manner. Very accommodating. Highly recommend this practice.
