Western New York Dental Group Henrietta: Jefferson Road

Update after 1 year: I have to go to another dentist to do again the same work. The crown went away... Very bad!! Overall the service was bad and I left this place for good. 1) not trasparent with price. I signed for a treatment plan, but I found it increased of 30% without authorization. And I had to pay. 2) too slow and not precise. I went for 5 appointments to complete a root canal and crown, as the size of the crown was wrong for 3 times. 3) no empathy. The secretaries are without empathy...difficult to work with...like if they're doing a favor to the customer.

A few of the staff were really sweet, and I know things are difficult because of the pandemic. Still, I felt really ignored by the administrative staff, and they kept cancelling appointments. Once they turned me & my kiddos away at the door even though I'd made the 2 appts, at the same time, in person over a week before with the knowledge that they are minors. Then I had to schedule with a different office for a root canal but they received the wrong info & when I went to schedule it, the endodontists office kept telling me I had already had a root canal on that tooth like I must not have noticed? Then I had to make more phone calls to eventually get it straightened out that no, I had NOT previously had a root canal on the tooth in question. Between the uncaring attitude of some of the staff, the errors, & having to schedule for multiple locations for a root canal, I just can't justify going there, even if the some of the employees were really kind and knowledgeable/professional.

Will never go back. Was brought back 15 minutes late for my appointment. They did not properly clean or get all of the plaque off of my bilingual bar top and bottom. There was still build up in the front of my bottom row of teeth. They still submitted to the insurance and took the money. They also charged me additional $ for a "doctors exam" so he literally looked at my teeth and said I was good to go. I got home and looked myself and still saw all of my build up of plaque. Dirty business.
