Just FABULOUS! Dr. Melanie Burns is the Endodontist that you want and certainly need. Everything about my experience was exceptional. She was professional, thorough, gentle, kind, and precise. The office is in a great location and very nice and comfortable. I scheduled a consultative appointment and once the exam was complete, she told me should could perform the procedure immediately - the same day! During the root canal, I experienced no discomfort and Dr. Burns was expeditious in providing her services. The team at the Atlanta Center for Endodontics to top tier! Everyone! Thank you for making my experience pleasant beyond expectation.

Dr. Burns is truly a master of her craft. After spending way too long looking by myself for the right person to perform my first-ever root canal I was referred to Dr. Burns by two different individuals. Her office is immaculate and has a zen vibe that immediately lets you know that you're going to be okay (lol). Dr. Burns' calm and exact demeanor set me at ease as she explained what my procedure/experience would be. As fate would have it my particular situation proved to be more challenging that initially anticipated due to the nerve structure in my bicuspid. Undaunted, Dr. Burns and her staff took their time, were thorough and did what needed to be done to set me on a path of healing. As this was my first, and hopefully only time, I can't make any comparisons, however I wholeheartedly believe I received top-tier service here. I never had to wait. She's good and ethical. My daughter was supposed to have root canal due to an acciden. At the appointment she retested the tooth before performing the procedure. She discovered that the tooth had healed itself and she didn't need the root canal. I don't know too many dentists that would have spoken up and not charged me. That's a a good ethical dentist.
