I recently had the pleasure of visiting Austin Dental, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness of the office. The state-of-the-art equipment they used showcased their commitment to providing top-notch care. What truly sets this dentist office apart is the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took the time to explain procedures and inform me about aspects of dental health that no other dentist has before. One of the best parts of my visit was the lack of wait time. My appointment started right on schedule. Overall, my visit to Austin Dental was nothing short of phenomenal. If you're looking for a dentist who prioritizes cleanliness, uses modern equipment, and offers exceptional service, I highly recommend giving them a visit. I couldn't be happier with my experience. These people are fraudulent! They tried to have me pay 2,000 for an extraction and bone graft And then another 2,000 for an implant. First visit they’re like you need to pay cash up front insurance won’t pay this. A week later they call me about a prior auth insurance covers very little and we’re still trying to make me pay all cash. I received the auth from the insurance and they are paying way more than what was told to me. If I see one bill to my insurance in regards to this I’ll loose it. Reporting this office immediately. And the office manager or front desk woman is condescending and never wants to speak English. You should be ashamed of yourselves for trying to extort money out of people like this it’s disgusting
