Seamless process from start to finish. They worked with our multiple insurances to make sure I understand our coverage, and we’re completely transparent with my out of pocket costs. The staff greets us with a smile every visit, and is so helpful with scheduling, or rescheduling appts. The Dr’s always explain the appt and what to expect. 10/10 would recommend!!!!

Bankhead and Firth does a remarkable job with not only giving you the best results, but also with how they treat you as a patient. The assistants are some of the nicest and hardworking people I’ve ever met. They will go out of their way to make sure you have the best experience. The doctors are also the best around and not only help you achieve the perfect smile, but also help educate you about the process and answer any questions you have. Everytime I visit it’s a 10/10.

The staff and doctors at this office are always so professional and friendly! This is my second time getting treated at this office and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for a skilled orthodontist!
