This score isn’t for everyone. I genuinely like Dr. Katie and the staff I knew from the old location. I never felt rushed and I always felt like my health concerns, needs, and best interests were at the top of their priorities. I visited the new location for the 1st time today and it was a totally different experience. People were friendly enough but it was incredibly crowded and no one was wearing a mask. I know CDC guidance has changed, but for those of us compromised with our health we need a better standard. They unfortunately do not offer hours for those in need of greater precautions so I’ll be finding a new dentist, which I did not want to do. If you’re in good health and have no worries about being in an enclosed space with lots of strangers mouth breathing without masks while you’re in a chair with your mouth wide open then this is a place you should check out. I had another great experience at Gennaoui Rigden Family Dental. The office atmosphere is always cheerful and friendly. My appointment started right on time. Carrie reviewed my last visit and explained the procedure for today and she went to work. Carrie also answered and clarified any questions I had about the procedure. Afterwards, we set up my follow up appointment.

Every six month i do my cleaning at Gennaoui Rigden Family. Me and my son always have a good experience. Everyone is friendly and polite.
