Baystate Dental of Springfield

Since I had arrived for my first visit I found it an absolute pleasure until my last visit. The staff from reseception to all the Dental assistants were so nice. The Doctor was exceptionally pleasant and made each visit comfortable. The work done was far more than I expected, I would recommend anyone needing work done to this office. I could not thank this office more for all they have done. The equipment I was so impressed with and surprised how quick it was to have my dental work completed. Thank you all and look forward to future visits.

It’s a shame the receptionists and dental assistants are so unprofessional because there are some great dentists at the practice. They are argumentative and have attitudes it feels like high school instead of a medical setting. I found a new dentist in my area and they had to call Baystate dental for my records and said how absolutely unpleasant they are sounds like it is “paining them to do their job” maybe take time to hire good people instead of just whoever.

I have had the best dental care of my life at Bay state Dental of Springfeild. They work hard to keep teeth and do not jump to pull them out as the only option. (That has been my previous experience of dentist who accept my insurance.) Dr. Akhlaa is steady handed, informative, kind, honest about the process and possibilities of what could be within my teeth when she opens them up. I have complete confidence in her abilities as a Dentist she literally does these procedures every day. She is a Doctor, she is experienced and trained for the possibilities that can be hidden within teeth that have not been cared for medically, in my case, 10+years. My procedures needed two visits each to be completed with a wait in between of 1-2 weeks between visits. Dr. Akhlaa and her staff made sure I knew what to expect as far as sensations, possible problem signs to look out for. When to call if more care was needed.
