Taylor Street Dental

If I could put a 0 star, I would! I never write reviews but feel compelled because my experience at Taylor Street Dental was terrible. The office is beautiful, I love the monitors that let you see the dental work being done, and all of the dental hygienists were so nice. My first appointment for fillings was actually great and this was with Dr. Greenberg. My second appointment for a root canal with Dr. Truong was traumatic. He was by far the roughest dentist I've ever had work done by, and when I expressed concerns of sensitivity during the procedure, he did not take me seriously. He would keep on working even as I continually indicated my pain threshold was being reached. He was so rough...I have a hard time understanding how he could be in a position to do this kind of procedure when he was clearly needing more training. I left that appointment so shaken, crying. As someone with horrible anxiety I was terrified of the dentist. I see Angie every 3 months and she’s been life changing. She doesn’t nag or berate you about your brushing habits and instead gave tips and pointers understanding it was a challenge with my mental health complications. She’s wonderful and the reason I keep coming back! Highly recommend if you have anxiety ????

I have been going here for years. I recently got a procedure done, and they waited until after the procedure was done to tell me that my insurance is no longer in network and then slapped me with a fat bill. Super dishonest office! Explains why there’s been so much turnover with the dental hygienists. I’d look elsewhere folks.
