Baystate Dental of West Springfield

Very pleasant office staff, hyginest was informative, & my dentist is amazing. There is no judging & they really make you feel well taken care of. My dentist has gone out of her way to be informative and giving me solutions to expensive processes. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to go with the caretaking of my teeth… thank you all!

The staff here is always friendly and kind. I see Jessica and she is amazing! Very informative and helpful. You can definitely tell she is passionate about her job and it shows through her work!

I was recommended this location by a friend. I made an appointment and unfortunately had to cancel due to Covid. I made another appointment, but unfortunately came down with another ailment. I hated canceling both times, but I did not want to get anyone sick. I made another appointment and received a letter from Baystate Dental. The gist of the letter was how valuable their time was and I am pretty much not the type of patient they want at the practice. It was also signed by Melissa who apparently does not have a last name and whose reputation precedes her. So, moral of the story is if you go to this practice do not get sick and care about getting others sick. I am now in need of a dentist and have dental issues that need to be addressed.
