I was referred here by my dentist for a root canal on one of the crowns that he had just placed. For 2 weeks, I was in pain 24/7 after getting my crowns, and it was a nightmare. I met Dr. Shapiro that same day I was referred, and he tested my teeth to try to see which one it was that was bothering me. I unfortunately was having pain in both and my dental benefit was already mostly used on the crowns, which means I was paying out of pocket for the root canal, with no credit card to help. I wasn't able to pay for 2 and was going to have 1 pulled instead. He helped me out big time and I will never forget his kindness. From the first visit, to the last, he was so caring and professional. Even during the process, he would ask me if I was doing ok and made sure I was comfortable.
