My visit was for a 6 month check-up, cleaning, and routine X-rays. Jay Goldstein has been my dentist for decades, and is superb. His hygienist, Nancy, is simply the best--informative, thorough in cleaning, and looking for anomalies. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I have been a patient of the Dr. Amstadt for almost 30 years. She has been a fantastic dental professional for my entire family. We could not be happier with her care and professional expertise. The facility is up-to-date, clean, and a pleasant environment in which to receive dental treatment.

The staff is very professional my only complaint is that I have Delta Dental insurance and was advised that the payment has to be paid in full then I'll be reimbursed for the covered portion from the Dental insurance. I paid for the services that was performed but my receipt doesn't have a breakdown of the bill. I was left with a bill over $250.00 that I had to pay without prior notice of the cost of my services for the visit. This left me blindsided and responsible for the services I received that day. I suggest to give the customer an estimated bill prior to the service provided. I did receive the cost for my future treatment plan but not for the visit I received that current day. I still don't have a itemized bill of what I paid for. I'm not disputing that I received service from them, I'm merely making my voice heard to disclose cost of services prior to proceeding with them.
