My experience was great. Chit chat with doctor before services begin. It helped me to relax and n take n the extra services that was prepared for me.

Visit #3 and i have nothing but good things to say about this practice! I am so glad i chose them for my dental care!!! From the office staff to the hygienist!!! I am very impressed!!!

First experience with Dentalworks Beachwood - Dr Davis was very good but the hygienist was not available so I had to reschedule a second appointment - no one informed me the hygienist wouldn’t be on site. Second experience - booked an appointment for my 2 year old son. Arrived on time after taking the afternoon off work and my son out of daycare early to be informed that they had not scheduled the correct dentist. Was told I’d have to reschedule. Third appointment (the rescheduled appointment for my son) - was running late after having to take a second afternoon off work and my son out of daycare early again! Tried to call to notify them - no answer. Arrived to be told my appointment had been given to the next patient and that I should have called. When I told them I had I was told they would normally call me but were too busy (waiting room was empty). When I asked if I could have the appointment time for the person they had seen early, the story changed and I was informed the dentist
