I am so glad that I found this dental office. I have been through many dentists over the years. In the past I went to dental appointments because I had to, but not because I wanted to. Every visit was a struggle, and I didn’t felt heard by the doctors. When I went to Dr. Csok I thought that the same thing is going to happen again, that happened at many dentists before. But I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very warm, welcoming and most of all professional. They listened to my concerns and addressed them. Helped me become better at my dental hygiene skills, by presenting them and explaining it. Dr. Csok took her time, - which I very much appreciate - , showed me what needed to be fixed and explained my detailed treatment plan for the future. I really felt heard and understood. I left the office that day with better skills, and a feeling of peace that my needs are going to be met. Thank you for the great service! Thanks to Andrea and her Dental Team! The best dental care I have ever experienced! The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team are outstanding. The staff was great. The dentist was honest, kind, and straightforward. Everything was on time, and it was an extremely professionally run office located at 3550 Lander Rd in Cleveland.

I haven’t been to the dentist for sometime and today I had Lauren. She was wonderful. She was friendly, efficient with a pleasant personality. Unfortunately I have to return next week for a filling but I’m not worried because Lauren and Olga will make the process easier.
