Made an appt this morning for my wisdom. Got one for 2pm great! Receptionist failed to tell me that Monday and Tuesday they were in Daytona instead of Palm coast. (First time seeing this dentist) I left work in Daytona to be in Palm coast for this appointment to not be seen

The office staff and surgical team was top notch. Paid very close attention to my comfort and my needs ensuring I was pain-free throughout the entire procedure. I was referred to Dr. Bergens by my dentist. It seems that I was going to need gum surgery on 2 lower quadrants. Being an elderly person, I had heard many stories about how uncomfortable this surgery can be. Dr. Bergens was very professional and (important to me) very efficient during the procedures. One quadrant was done at a visit and the visits were about 35 min. and 30 min. This was a very short period of time to be uncomfortable in the chair which made it as bearable as it could be. My root canal from another dental professional was twice as long and much more uncomfortable. Dr. Bergens staff were excellent as well.
