Cardinal Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Associates

I am surprised by all the 5 star reviews. To say my experience was 1 star is an overstatement. The receptionist had an attitude immediately and was rude. Dr Hate, a very appropriate name, was worse than nasty. I filled out their overly intrusive and nebulous new patient questionare, being careful to fully answer the questions. When Dr. Hate saw me, after the bait and switch CT Scan, (I didn't do), he ask a few questions and when I answered he said I should have known that that was important information and why didn't I indicate as such. My answer was the form didn't ask! He acted as if I was doing him a favor being there. Obviously I would NOT recommend this office!

My husband had an implant done and was charged $1782.80. However, that was $253.50 over what was owed to them according to their agreement with the insurance company. We requested a refund of the overpaid amount in August. It's now January and haven't heard a word from them. They don't even have the courtesy to reply! Don't trust the fuzzy math these folks use. We have also reported them to Cigna insurance company for violating their agreement concerning the amount they agreed to charge.

Dr. Hate provided excellent care, great explanation of the procedure he would be doing, zero weight times in his office before and after surgery, and most importantly, the surgery was a success on all counts. I highly recommend Dr. Hate for all oral surgeries-I am very happy with the outcome.
