A technician here pulled out my brother's permanent retainer during a routine cleaning and then tried to tell him to come back next week to have it fixed. They also recommended 10k in dental work that wasn't needed. Seems like they're interested in squeezing money out of their clients Edit: when my brother wrote on google maps about his experience, they had the review taken down
I've been coming here since Fall of 2021. I've had several cleanings and Invisalign done here. I absolutely love coming here. Dr Sarah Gibbs is by far the best dentist I have ever had. The whole staff always makes me feel so welcome when I come in. They don't try to sell me on things I don't actually need. They make sure I'm comfortable the entire time. My smile has never been so big and bright as it is now. Highly recommend.
Excellent customer service! Were respectful of my time by having paperwork ready when I got there. Both hygienist and doctors are excellent in what they do. Have been a happy customer here for many years.
