I am extremely grateful for the exceptional service I received at Bliss Family Dentistry. The name itself reflects the wonderful experience I had. The staff members were incredibly kind and I want to express my appreciation to Annette and Dr. Olague in particular. Dealing with severe anxiety, it meant a lot to me that they listened attentively to my concerns and treated me like a member of their own family. They genuinely cared about my well-being and went out of their way to ensure my comfort throughout the visit. I am truly thankful for the trust they instilled in me and for making the entire process painless. Once again, I am incredibly happy that I chose to come to Bliss Family Dentistry.
It’s a great place! Everyone was very helpful and friendly. David C. was the dental assistant and along with the Dr they made my little sister feel safe. She needed a tooth extraction and was very nervous and scared, David talked her through it and made sure she felt reassured. He joked around with her and made conversation which took her mind off of things and made her experience better. It was a great visit and we appreciated everyone’s assistance!
Went in for a simple cleaning that took an hour and a half+ (not sure how long actually because I left sobbing) and was basically shoved back in the chair by the tech and forced to do X-rays after stating 3 times I did not want them or need them. I also made clear from prior visits and work done with them that I have dental anxiety that’s way more serious than they want to even acknowledge (because they wouldn’t talk to me about it and actually in fact shamed and laughed at me about it [hahaha it’s so funny to make fun of your patients so hilarious]). This says to me the dentist and all personnel in that entire office DO NOT CARE or even consider patients well being, and actually find enjoyment in making fun of them. It has taken me 3+ solid months of more therapy with my psychiatrist and psychologist because of this sole event. I still haven’t received even a phone call or text. This office doesn’t care about patients. They care about making money and having your insurance on the book
