Caribbean Dental

I went in because I had a cracked wisdom tooth. I suffer from severe anxiety so this visit was very difficult for me. Upon arriving, I was greeted very kindly and professionally. I informed the lady at the front desk that I was very afraid. She informed me she would let the staff know. The wait was very short. I was called after about 10 minutes. They were very nice, patient, and informative. I was told I need to be back after a week. The idea of this anywhere else would petrify me, but now knowing how kind they are and understanding, I am very unafraid of going again for my procedure. Will update if necessary after next appointment.

I had a negative experience at Caribbean dental. At my first appointment, which was in early September. I was evaluated and I was told that they would contact my insurance to see how much it would cover and after they would call me. It is now mid November. If had not called them , I would still be waiting for them to call me. A word of advice, When you tell a client that you will call them. DO IT, don't leave them hanging.
