Dr. Knapke and Marissa are amazing! I get so nervous while going to the dentist because I’m used to dentists not introducing themselves, not explaining what we’re doing or explaining their diagnosis. Marissa made sure I was comfortable with a blanket and water, Dr. Knapke introduced himself, listened to what I had to say, explained his thoughts and what we were doing, and most importantly—they both checked in with me! I was asked if I was okay or if I needed anything or if I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment. I can’t recommend them enough, especially if you have anxiety or feel nervous seeing a dentist.

A few weeks ago I had a dental emergency and they got me in that afternoon. They immediately put me at ease which is no small thing because I am terrified of the dentist/doctors. Scott and his staff are all amazing and I can't say enough positive things about my experience. I just had my first follow up appointment of many to start the journey to correcting my dental health and there isn't anyone I would trust more. Everyone I've dealt with has been compassionate, kind, and wonderful.

At first I loved this place. At this time I would suggest to no one to go to this place. I worked with the office staff for a few months about my insurance and balance owed. Finally we came to an agreement about my balance. I put it on a credit card to pay it all off wanting to make sure they received money owed. I did say I wish I could pay more the doctor desired it. THEY TOOK BACK THE DISCOUNT!!! Still billing my $400.00 more dollars. I have never been treated so badly
