Dr Claire is awesome. Totally painless root canal. The front desk staff misinformed me on dental coverage. I was asked to pay my Total bill after my procedure.
I walked out because the receptionist took my phone to view an insurance card and started swiping through my pictures freely. She was struggling to process that I didn’t have the PO Box for my insurance provider also. Very unprofessional
I was referred by my dentist because I needed a root canal on my back molar. My first visit didn’t go well, not at the dentist’s fault. I think anxiety took over on my part. Dr. Siegel came up with a plan so that when I returned I would have a different experience. Today I came back and just like Dr. Siegel assured me, it was a different experience. Now I can say that I’ve had a successful root canal. Not only are her assistant and her super nice, they are also compassionate. That made a huge difference. I’m also thankful to their receptionist for assisting me with scheduling. Not only would I recommend this practice, I would return again if needed.
