BlueStem Dental

This morning me and my husband had an appointment at BlueStem Dental in 109th street. This is our first dental appointment in USA. The whole staff are very warm and cool, especially the doctor who treated us and explained all my silly doubts and educated me the whole process of root canal and cap. I will recommend anyone 100% to visit this branch for dental problems.

I looked for a dentist covered under my insurance plan, which led me to BlueStem. The administrative staff very efficiently processed my insurance so that I was not left with surprise bills. This is important, but may not apply to everyone. Even if I had to pay out of pocket, I would still choose BlueStem now because I have received thorough, thoughtful care from my hygienist (Kiersten is amazing!) and Dr. Kortje. I had unexpected findings at a cleaning and they brought me back for a follow up with further imaging right away. I have never had a prolonged wait, never felt rushed during my visit, and always left feeling good. They are transparent about services they provide and any prices not covered by my insurance. They never push after hearing "no thank you." I have already recommended and continue to recommend BlueStem to friends and family, including some who paid out of pocket and were pleased with the value of care.

Took care of my mom fast (emergency) and could tell they cared a lot. English isn't her first language but they were very patient with her. After the entire process, my mom said they treated her very kindly.
