DONT GO HERE!!! THEYRE TERRIBLE, I HAD A ROOT CANAL AND EXTRACTION DONE AND THE ROOT CANAL WENT OK, WHEN DR YANG GOT TO MY EXTRACTION FOR ONE HE LEFT THE NEEDLE IN MY MOUTH TRYING TO MULTITASK FOR ABOUT A MINUTE SO I WAS TRYING TO STAY STILL BECAUSE THE NEEDLE WAS JUST SITTIN IN MY MOUTH FOR NO REASON, THEN WHEN HE FINALLY REMOVED IT HE YANKED IT OU. HE NEVER PUT THE NUMB/MEDICINE ON MY GUMS!!!! SO HE STARTED THE EXREACTION AND I WAS ABLE TO LITERALLY FEEL EVERYTHING AND I STARTED CRYING AND TELLING HIM TO STOP BECAUSE AS YOU ALL CAN IMAGE THATS LITERALLY TORTURE!! HE REFUSED TO STUP PULLING ON MY TOOTH UNTIL HE FINALLY GOT IT OUT LIKE 15 MINUTES LATER! ALSO HE DIDNT EVEN REMOVE MY ENTIRE TOOTH I STILL HAVE A PIECE LEFT IN IN MY MOUTH THAT WAS NEVER REMOVED . IF I COULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

I'm going to stick with my 1 star. By FAR the worst experience. I'm sitting in the room and literally ready to walk out. The assistant is extremely rude she hurt my gums when taking xrays and all she did is approach me and said "OPEN" . The same with the dentist, zero introduction and just said "HI, OPEN". I don't care if you dislike your job but don't take it out on the people that pay you! Meaning people with insurance. This is horrible. And I waited in the waiting room for an hour! Everyone after me went in before me as If they only worry with people with pain. ( I get it) but they asked me "are you in pain? Why are you here?" Um a check up! This is very unprofessional.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at the dentist, literally the lowest point you could get, just slightly above going into a barn and having a guy with tools work on you. My appointment was for 12:15 for a very simple chipped tooth fix I got out nearly at 2:45. Technicians had no training, and had to continuously redo my x rays because they kept being wrong, only for them to put me in another X ray machine (Again incorrectly) so that when it started moving it struck me in the head. Finally, the doctor just shows up, tilts the seat back and starts working, Water and Tooth Fragments dripping down my face and into my eyes and nose. Finally he shows me the filling he put over my tooth and not only is it not straight, it looks nothing like the other tooth, when I asked him to shape it to look like the other tooth, he stalled and uhhhed like he truly had no idea what he was doing. I weep for the people employed at this place as clearly no one has the decency to make sure the
