Children's Dentistry

I’ve came in here three separate times. The first time I was scared the guy was just learning and kept dropping things and just wasn’t kid friendly. Gave it a second try my son had a good visit but the ladies next door with my daughter were mean they were also not kid friendly. The assistant with my daughter kept telling her to be quiet and wouldn’t answer any questions my daughter had she is 4… so I had to step in and start answering questions for her to help comfort her since she doesn’t know any of the tools being her first cavity. I wasn’t going to go back but I decided to finish my daughters treatment plans with this place and I would find a new one, but today at our visit my daughter had a different doctor. I didn’t get her name but it was the white lady with long brown hair she was SUPER nice and very good with my daughter she answered all questions and was very polite to my daughter. If you wanna speak to the first desk isn’t going to happen the only person you’ll ever be able to speak to is the scheduling department which are not even in the office they referred me to a specialist and you know it’s a problem when the specialist can’t even reach them waste of time,gas,and money and must I add gas is through the roof right now so this doesn’t help at all just saying you guys need a better system when just trying to reach the first desk this is ridiculous….so on that note I’ll just be going to smile reef it’s worth it at least they will actually take care of your child…
