(Office manager)Kourtney has the worst customer service, ridiculous to use a Christian atmosphere and show the total opposite in practice, I know atheist nicer than these people! How can you expect to be treated with respect if your initial conversation is defensive and as far as payment goes that is a joke cause I tried paying over the phone and you guys can’t even do that right you would rather focus on belittling a customer, and cancel appointments cause you’re under staffed and that Mr Owner is the truth.
Highly recommend! They are always so nice and genuinely care to take the time to do a thorough job and get to know you! Love them!
Brady Dental has an amazing staff that is personable and a real pleasure to work with! I always look forward to my visits to Brady Dental!
