I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit to this office- everyone was so welcoming and kind and supportive, from the secretary to the assistant (Emma was a delight to work with and really knowledgeable and kind) to Dr. Yen herself; I felt like everyone went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, informed, and that I could make the best decisions for my mouth health as I can!

Five Stars ALWAYS! The staff is lovely! Karla at the front desk is so personable and welcoming— I always look forward to see her when I come in. My hygienist Carolina made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I’m always impressed and satisfied with my experience at Lake Side Dental.

I love this dental office! We've been going there since we moved to Pleasant Hill over 10 years ago. We have had different dentists start here and go onto starting their own practices. Which I can honestly say I have loved ALL of them over the years. Now having my 3rd child, the day of my regular 6 month teeth cleaning, I was at home on maternity leave. The baby was just about 8 weels old at the time and she was taking a nap before my appointment. It was an hour before my appointment and I was freaking out becuase not only was I needing to feed her before the visit (which you parents would understand there is no telling how long that will take), she definitely would be wide awake after she eats (which is the usual her during the day). I was panicking thinking I can't take care of her during a cleaning and I don't have anyone to watch her especially last minute. I spoke with the front desk staff about my dilemma of possibly needing to cancel. Which was the last thing I wanted to do. She
