I called today to see about making an appointment. The lady who answered the phone was horrible and should not be the 1st point of contact for new customers. She was dry, her tone was not welcoming and she didn’t act as though she was happy to help. She was very short and it came across like I had caught her at the wrong time. I didn’t even make the appointment because I didn’t want to talk to her any longer. The final straw was when she asked if I had insurance, I replied “yes” and her response was “well who is it?” I just said “Never-mind bye”. If that’s how you talk to me over the phone I can only imagine what the in-person service is like.

I've been coming to this place for most of my 39 years and I can't say enough about them. Peg and Mary take great care of me on a regular basis. I was sad when Dr. Rhea retired but all the Drs. Doherty are spectacular. Professional, efficient, warm, and pleasant experience all around.

I have been a patient of Brentwood Family Dentistry since they opened their practice in 1993, and was a patient of Dr. Rhea for years before that. The Doctors Doherty and staff are EXCELLENT! Appointments are on time. They fully explain dental issues, present treatment options, and take the time to answer my concerns and questions. They are the finest example of expertise, courtesy, and office efficiency.
