Best dental office ever. Always treated well and the staff is excellent. I am terrified of going to the dentist but they treat me with care. Facility is spotless and accommodating.

My first visit went great. I was told I wouldn't be charged for nitrous because it wasn't written up on my charge sheet breakdown, which I thought was very nice. My second visit, they had a leak of some sort and had to reorder from their supplier, so I had to reschedule. Not a huge deal. Then, I got a bill in the mail for the nitrous. I called and got an extremely rude individual. She came back on the phone after speaking to someone and took the $100 back off, but made a point to tell me that I actually had been informed. She had no idea about the actual situation and simply wanted to be right, didn't let me talk, then hung up on me when I got frustrated with her and told her I needed to speak. Overall, the staff was nice, but they dropped the ball a few too many times, they're extremely expensive and the individual that answered the phone was just the last straw. The staff was very friendly & helpful & made my visit a breeze. The receptionist immediately made me feel comfortable which helped my anxiety tremendously. Liz & Dr. Edwards were fantastic & knowledgeable!
