I probably would leave no stars, but I’ve had no issues with the hygienists. They’ve been great. I had been dealing with teeth issues since February. I came to the office they did a filling. It was rough and had a food catch so they had to redo it. Since redoing the filling that tooth was never the same. I went back in June to have a crown done on a different tooth. Went back three times after the crown was seated to have it adjusted. Each time I went back I felt rushed and that the dentist didn’t really care. She never even bothered to do any testing to the tooth to see if it was dying. I ended up switching dentists. The original tooth I had to have worked on needed a root canal and a crown. And now I am hoping that the other crown that the dentist at southern smiles placed on the other tooth that the sensitively (which I’m still having 6+ months after having it seated) will eventually go away or I’m looking at another root canal. I get that teeth do their own thing. I’m disappointed

Dr. Gilroy did a couple fillings on my 8 year old. The whole appointment was a great experience. Dr. Gilroy and Olivia made her feel very comfortable and at ease.

Love Dr. Gilroy! The best provider we have experienced through Southern Smiles in the last 3 years. Likely the best provider we’ve had period!
