Absolutely terrible service. They were too lazy to get my ex rays from the previous Brident dental I went to in January and because they charge my insurance for ex rays in January I could not get my teeth cleaned this month unless I paid for another set of ex rays. Back-up, when I went in back in March to get a tooth pulled they "forgot" to do an impression of my teeth before so I had to remind them. The tech that did the impression did not care at all that I was in pain cause the tray was too big. Go back to get tje6 partial.... it was made for the wrong tooth. Had to be remade. I told the tech it hurt when they put it in and her response was "I know"...never fit right but after all I had been through with them I did not want to go back. I wanted to just use the rest of my benefits and get my teeth cleaned before they expired but couldn't cause they wanted me to pay for ex rays.

0 STARS! I scheduled my son an appointment to get a tooth pulled. We arrived on time for his appointment at 11AM he did not leave until 3:30PM, we scheduled an appointment to see the ortho upon leaving. Leading up to the appointment the clinic kept calling me to move my appointment earlier to accommodate the orthodontist .I finally agreed, the morning of the appointment they called while I was in the parking lot to tell me the orthodontist wasn’t going to be in because he was sick! I still haven’t received a call to reschedule his appointment but it’s totally fine. I do not want an unreliable orthodontist to touch my sons mouth. The location where the office is located speaks volumes, so yea, my son will never return this clinic it’s a joke!

The WORST dental practice. I keep giving these guys a chance and every single time they take HOURS at appointments. Just came and spent 2.5 hours here and they still didn’t even finish what they had to do. Everyone seems clueless. They just leave you in the room for hours without at least telling you what’s going on. And this wasn’t a one time insurance thing because last times there was no insurance issue and y’all still took hours. This is why I gave my new insurance ahead of time over the phone so y’all would be prepared! On top of that it’s dirty inside the rooms. Hire a cleaning crew or something. And it takes 30 mins to get an xray picture. For real? Had to do this on my day off and my kids had to miss school for nothing. Get it together and focus on getting the patients in and out. And actually do something to their teeth instead of walking around bumping into each other.
