Wasn’t a good experience for me. I came in for a cleaning which I was refused because Miguel suggested it would be a waste because a deep cleaning was needed. I knew I didn’t need a deep cleaning so I left because I didn’t want to pay that 160.00 due to my insurance not covering a deep cleaning he also mentioned I had gum disease which I found strange . So, I got a second opinion and got my cleaning and they stated no deep cleaning needed or no gum disease or oral cancer.I heard from a previous employee you have to watch them because they will tell you anything to hit their numbers for the day. Will never return to Jefferson Dental due to misleading information.Then to receive a email stating sorry you missed your appointment give us a call to reschedule is beyond me

Poor service and time management, if someone has an appt at 10am and they arrive early they shouldn't have to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. Please respect your patients time. EDIT: The main receptionist really didn't want to give me my refund even though I hadn't been seen, and no apology for the wait time was given.
