Awful experience. 90+ minute wait. The dentist was pushing braces really hard. When I declined, he loudly complained the entire cleaning. They claimed I had multiple cavities but the dentist never showed me on my xrays. I've requested a copy of my xrays —as is my right by law—but Brident refuses to send them to me. I requested them in person, but they never emaile dme. And now when I try to call back, the local office that I visited will not pick up the phone. The global hotline has no way to get in contact with the local office. I'm completely stuck. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Please be careful with this office they will give you misleading information regarding your financing, and have you signing papers and believing that the insurance company will pay them after they file your claim, and your other monies will be credited back to you, the office manager had my husband to sign an $8000 loan And did not even bill our insurance company, contacted the insurance company and found out no claim was filed. Also, the doctor that they brought in is not even covered under our plan so we were misled to believe that after all deductibles were met that loan they asked us to sign with simply just to get the process going until all payments came in from the insurance company and then our deductions Would happen and then after they were paid whatever portion that was due to them, and then we would handle the balance on the loan that we owe far as what was left or pay it upfront , anyone knows it doesn’t make sense why would we want to sign a loan of that much when a doct

I would give this place 0 stars have been waiting for 45 min already and they said it’s still about another 45 min it’s not my fault that they are short staffed been trying to get seen since months ago and last time I made an appt the place was closed for remodeling and they NEVER bothered to call me and reschedule they are not letting me leave the place to go pick up a prescription that’s ready and come back bc it’s “ not possible” even though the places closes in about another hour and a half. They’re service is unacceptable I will not be coming back here they look unbothered and aren’t trying to work with me when it’s not my fault and I scheduled the apt at 4 to be seen at that time NOT an hour and a half later from what they’re saying UNNACEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!
