They’re a scam. They’ll take your money as payment for services up front and continue to push out their services and reschedule your appointment for days and hours they’re not open. While sitting in the waiting room I heard another patient say their previous quote they were given was increased because the man who drafted it was fired and the patient needed to pay more, despite having already paid the original price. First off, if I could leave a no star I would but then this would not be posted , this has to be by far the worst dentist office I have been to in Austin Texas . The customer service is a zero , the scheduling service is a zero and the surgeon supposedly only goes once a month very strange , every time I have been I wait over 2 hours to get into back room then another 30-45 to be even attended too ,I have paid over $8000 in cash since I have no insurance and the most recently I paid in March 2022 $2900, which I was told from Roberto that he was doing it cheaper than other dentists would charge to have a implant done and yet I am still waiting to have that implant put in , they do not return my calls nor emails nor text nor voicemails I have left continuously at the office and the cal center so now I am going to leave this review and hopefully the person in charge of that place Roberto will reach out to me the same person I have been leaving messages for since November of 2022 , I lef

This place is truly awful. The physical space is gross. The staff are rude, and they take forever and are always late. They take your weight at EVERY visit, which is bizarre. I went in for a cleaning, and when they examined my mouth, they told me my cleaning just consisted of the bottom teeth, where there was some tartar. Otherwise, they didn't clean anything else in my mouth. I questioned them, and they basically just told me, "no, the bottom is all you need." At one of my first visits, they did the exam, and then brought me back to another room and told me they recommended dentures. I refused, and they told me, "it will look better, and it won't cause much damage." It was bizarre. Finally, they have this weird system where they call and/or text you to alert you of your upcoming appointment. A few different times, I made an appointment and showed up, and upon arrival, they told me that they cancelled my appointment. When I inquired why, staff told me that they called me numerous times
