First time I've taken my child to this place and I am really happy with the help for my kiddo to get the stainless steel crowns put in place and they were very professional and help me answer my questions, I appreciate the help from Katherine at the front desk, she was very kind and ready to help definitely the best orthodontics place I've been at
Excellent customer service at this location! The staff makes me feel comfortable. Always professional and efficient without sacrificing quality. Dr.Bauer takes the time to understand your needs and is straight forward with his professional opinions.
these people do not answer the phone. you will physically have to go to the office to speak with someone. also i had a very traumatic experience with my wisdom teeth removal. i told the doctor i was not susceptible to the pain medication administered during these types of procedures. She ignored that. When i told her i felt pain she tried to continue to work. I had to physically remove her hand from my mouth to stop her and let her know i could still feel pain. when she decided to work on the more numb side and finished she made a snide remark about if i was “ready to get the other side done or not” i cried the whole time. my chair was covered in sweat and they used my big to wipe my tears away. i don’t recommend coming here. felt like i paid for torture. it was traumatizing and this is why i have such critical teeth. disregard. no care. just another mouth to them. probably won’t come back and i used to work for the company so i shouldn’t be surprised NOT TO MENTION IT TOOK 5 hours aft
