I was very impressed from the moment I walked in. The waiting area is so comfortable and homey. The receptionist and staff was so friendly! I got a tour of the office and got to relax and watch TV while I got my teeth cleaned by Gina. She is AMAZING! She is so Knowledgeable and kind! Dr. Shetty is the sweetest and took her time to check my teeth thoroughly. They answered all my questions and made me feel so comfortable. I’m so happy I found this office!
We’ve been Dr. Shetty’s clients since 2012. She and her office staff have watched my kids grow up. They are always warm and welcoming. My kids have excellent home care because of the consistent feedback and education they’ve received from Dr. Shetty about taking good care of their teeth. I’m so grateful to them!
I just walked out after waiting 2.5 hours. Appointment was scheduled for 1230. Now 3pm and didn’t even get a cleaning. Since insurance only pays for once a year I’m stuck with them this round.
