Swish Dental Mueller Alamo

I have never been so furious with a business as I am with this company. I am a current Swish patient at the downtown location and I brought my niece (15 yrs old) to the Mueller location as a new patient. I was told I would receive a text to start her paperwork and the paper work needed to be completed prior to our arrival. I told the scheduler I hadn't received the text; but as soon as I did, I would complete the paperwork. I never received the text. I dropped off my niece at 11:50a to check-in for her 12 noon appt and my niece calls me to tell me she cannot be seen until her paperwork is completed. I asked her to please start filling out what she could while I tried to find parking. When she asked for "her" paperwork she was told she was underaged and could not fill it out. Fine. I filled out her paperwork and she got called to the back. Her appt wraps up and the tech advised me that invisalign is what the patient wanted so they designed her dental plan around that request. I stated,

Appointments and office communication is fast, easy and effective. Justine was my favorite hygienist I've ever had - I am so sad that she is rotational and may not be at this location by my next appointment. Highly recommend any of their locations if you're in the market for a new dentist!

After my new patient appointment, PLEASE Get a SECOND opinion if Dr. Sarah Ohn tells you only one treatment can be done. Not only did she not offer any other options besides the extreme treatment, she was completely wrong. I just left EAST Austin Dental with Dr. Potter(who is have seen for almost five years, but their office is no longer taking my insurance), and he confirmed that the treatment was completely unnecessary. I have NEVER been to a doctor's office where I felt I had no voice or opinion about what I wanted done to my person. After reading other reviews, I am not sure this was an insurance thing where they could bill for more, but it felt like it. I canceled my cleaning right after my appointment and will be trying out Austin Family Dentist for my six-month clean.
