Do not go to this office, phone representative when you try to call in is supper rude kept cutting me off when i asked a question. Informed i needed a cleaning said they dont accept cleanings just exams…. Thats what i meant. Proceeded to tell me they dont accept my insurance even though doctor is listed with my insurance, hung up couldn't even get a word in without getting cut off and attitude

Horrible!!!! I did not receive proper bedside manners! They were speaking in another language that I didn’t understand, which made me very uncomfortable. Then at checkout they wanted to charge me $750 even with my insurance (that didn’t sit well with me). So, I went to another Dental clinic and only paid $150 for the same dental work…. Got better service and treatment. Shame on you for trying to overcharge me…smh! I highly recommend that you get a second opinion before accepting any dental work/advice from them.

The staff are very nice and easy to talk to. I liked my visit and felt the dentist and assistants are doing a good job. However, the time patient management is terrible. I was at the office 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was there a total of almost 2 hours for a check up ONLY. There was no cleaning or other additional things happening. I was sitting idle for most of that time. I hope they can figure out how to get more efficient but I will not be going back to this office.
